geforce 8400gs

i dont feel like spending an extra $100 for the 8600gt. these games are the only games i will be playing....

sims2

battlefield 2

gta san andreas

driver parallel lines

will these games run fine on the 8400gs?

yep you'll be fine i play parallel and san andreas perfectly on my 8600gt, shouldnt be too bad on the 8400gs

They will run fine. Since the 8400GS is a mid-range card you may need to play around with graphics settings on some games to get a good frames per second vs. image quality balance.

The 8400GS plays Call of Duty 4 quite well on my laptop at med settings. Then again, I don't aim for full graphics experience on PC as I am a casual PC gamer. I mostly play on consoles.
