noob Needs help
i have no idea which video editing software to get. im not like a professional or anything like that im just a kid that records videos and put it on youtube with some editing. the max i would want to spend is $100 but thats still on the high end.

Try finding Premiere Elements 2.0 or 3.0 if you like having nice effects or an older version of Pinnacle studio like version 9 for more basic but still good editing, they are both fine editing programs (especially Premiere) and you can find them used at around $50-$80.
