Well I finally got it and I am very impressed.As the owner of a Sager 9750 I must say the m9750 run extremly cooler the my old laptop.Its also alot light and better on the eyes of course.I ran a 3dmark06 and got a score of 7547 with factory drivers and 7825 with forceware drivers.Its display is amazing and the graphics are the just as amazing.I cant be happier with my purchase.This is my first post so I hope to have pics soon but it actually looks like all the other ones...lol

Is there a way to tweak the graphics cards or overclock it so to speak?
Any help would be great..thx

Congrats! Great Machine! If your machine runs games as it should, you shoudn't overclock...

Laptop cards don't have the same cooling as desktops and you could void your warranty...

Congrats man. Welcome to the Alienware Family.
And it's not a good idea to overclock. It's not covered by the warranty but what they don't know won't hurt you. haha. be careful. It would suck to have to send it in again for repairs...

well I havnt been here in awhile.Still got my alienware and it has been sent in 3 times already.Once for fried video cards,smoke literally started pooring out of the back.Second i had a bad memory stick socket and that had to be fixed and recently the Hard drive went out.I had to do a complete reinstall of vista and was wondering if anyone can tell me a good driver to use for the 8700gt sli.I tried several but like steve said the score seems low.not sure why.maybe back ground programs running? anyone know how to stop programs you dont need running from running? last score was 7721 3dmark06.IS that about write? anyways help on the drivers would be great thx
