I'm still wondering how people can afford another $700 on top of that whew?
Let's see some Crysis !!! 3D mark Next will be the challenge though. It supports Shader Model 4.

if people were willing to spend 3-5k on a laptop, I'm pretty sure they are willing to spend another 1k to upgrade the GPU!
I'm considering for the upgrade, but really don't see the need for it now.

I could see someone buying it later, but with the system. You even know how good it is. There going to have to make a LCD better than a WUXGA with that monster!

Considering my Desktop Sli 8800GT setup 3dMark06 score was in the 13K range, and that both cards set me back $ 600.00 shipped, it's not that bad of a deal for the GPU upgrade price.

Your right but if you check the settings used to run that test you will see it's been run at 1920x1200 - so one would expect higher 3D mark 06 scores at the default res, reading on the dell direct site they clam 13K in 3D06, they don't specify the res so based on the above test I'm assuming it is at the default res of 1280x1024 which is really sick!!!
