Bad/Throttling FPS.
Hey!
I have a Sager np-5720-v; 2gb ram, pentium m @ 2.00GHz, and a 7800gtx Back when I first got it I played Unreal Tournament 2004 just about everyday. But school started taking up more and more time so I eventually had to 'quit'. So I just recently tried to play it again.. and when it's running the game feels really ... like.. laggy (even in single player). And my crosshair is always behind where I moved my mouse. It seems like the FPS isn't very good. Before I went back to U2K4 I installed UT3 and it seemed to run fine for a few minutes.. then my fps would like throttle down to almost nothing for a few minutes... then go back up to normal. But now UT3 has constant low FPS as well. Any ideas to what might have changed? Or how to resolve this? |

most likely heat. Try propping up the notebook to get better ventilation. If that works, then invest in a notebook cooler.
