Screen flicker when docked!

I have an M60 with the FX1000 video chip and WUXGA LCD panel. When the system has been docked for a while, particularly after being on the internet, I get a screen flicker every 10-15 seconds. Anyone have any idea what is causing this.

The M60 is docked using the advanced port replicator and hooked up to a Samsung 213T (21.3" LCD panel). I've installed the drivers for the Samsung, but it's almost like it doesn't use them.

Any help appreciated.
