Hi,

I've been using your untweaked 175.16 for a month now and they are very reliable. Have been playing Crysis, GoW, HL2 without issues thus far.
The only issue I have, and have been having with most recent drivers, is that when I wake up my computer from standby mode my LCD will be very dark. I have to reboot the computer to get it back to normal.

I believe this is caused by the "smart dimmer", didn't quite figure out how it works yet but disabling it fixed my problem. (Disable through the Nvidia Control panel).

I've been having a different issue though, i've been using 169.04 and now i have installed this 175.16. All is great except than when i export my screen to my LCD TV the resolution that the driver chooses is wrong and all i see on the screen is "Mode not supported". The way to fix it is to run "Multiple displays wizard" from the control panel and even then it chooses the wrong resolution of the LCD but then, i can go to standard windows display properties and change the resolution of the secondary screen to the right one.
I have to do it every time i reboot.
It's kind of annoying. 169.04 would recognize the LCD TV and the resolution without touching anything.

What's up with that ?

P.S Is there anywhere in the registry/filesystem that i can force to use a certain resolution for my lcd tv ?

I installed the 175.16 NBF on my Vostro 1400 XP SP3 (Clean install) with 8400M GS over L2VG 169.09. I noticed the temperatures to increase ~7-10 degrees celsius. With 169.09

Im at average working of 61 to 62 ... with NBF 175.16 Im averaging 72 even for lighweight browsing and flash.

I have been using this driver for a couple months now and it is by far the best one I ever used. Very stable and performant.

I used the XP version for a couple of months and it worked very well. I recently installed Vista, with help from your thread in the Dell section, and used the Vista version of the drivers. No issues and works very well. Keep the quality coming.
