Upgrading X205-S9349

Can anyone tell me what the highest speed memory this laptop will support? I currently have DDR2 667 in it and would like to go to 800 if possible.

I'm also interested in upgrading the NVIDIA 8700M from 256mb to 512mb......I have looked for a new card online but can't seem to find any for sale from any vendors.

My current plan, once the parts arrive, is to upgrade the CPU to a T9300 and both hard drives to 120GB 7200 rpm units. I have already upgraded the memory from 2 to 4 MB and intend to install Windows Vista Home Ultimate (64bit) once the new processor and drives are installed.

Reasearch online shows that the processor will work, I have the 64bit bios downloaded and ready to flash once the upgrade is complete. Am I missing anything else that I'll need to do?

Thanks!!

saugen48 is cool enough to have people show up to his/her party!
Laptop vid chips (GPU's) are not upgradeable. Also, hope you realize, that what you are proposing to do ie CPU swap will void any remaining warranty

I'm in one of the remotest locations on the planet, I couldn't get warranty service out here even if I wanted it............not concerned about that at all. The video card is not integrated, it is a socketed type according to what I've found online, it plugs into the motherboard.
