External Battery for M50Sv-A1
Hello,
I recently purchased a M50Sv-A1, considering that since the only real cons was the battery life, I could simply get a good external battery and that would be solved. However, after searching on the web, i cannot find any battery which list the M50Sv in its compatibilities. I tried to contact the sellers but all they said was that it was not compatible. I will often see M5, M5000 or other similar, but never m50 or m50sv. Is it "included" in one of these or i am simply purely screwed? I could maybe get a 9cell battery from Asus, but i read that it isn'T much longer-lasting than the 6cell one. The Idea of having to hibernate so i can swap battery is not very attractive so i prefer to keep that as last resort. Thank you |

It sounds like you might be out of luck. I'd make sure there was an exact match before you bought it. Did you look on our site for an external battery for your machine ?
Thanks, Patrick
