esub is a n00b, but everyone loves n00bs!
it is on but no display!

I turned off Sager 8890 (similar to Hypersonic GX-8)last night and this morning when I turned it back on there was nothing to see in the LCD. I could even see the laptop drive on my home network and work with the files but cannot see a thing in the LCD, all black. I tried to use external CRT but it didn't show anything either. It seems to me that I have a video card problem but not sure because I turned it back on little while ago and it stayed on for almost 20 minutes, everything worked fine. I turned it off to see whether it was just a dream and it went all black again.

Is there any way to solve this problem via changing video card(I cannot even see how to reach a video card...) or may be opening up the LCD display and see whether anything is wrong with it.

I appreciate your help on this and sorry if I just cross posted a common problem.
Thank you.
