Does anyone have any idea of how much i could get for a Mint Sager 9890 if i was to list it on ebay . [ round about price } and also a Sager 3790 ? I'm Looking to buy a another New Sager but i have no idea what my sagers are worth . The 9890 now has new 320 gig drive.

I see items like that on eBay for about a thousand dollars but they tend not to sell. I think you'd have better luck starting it off at a low price to avoid the listing commission and then see how high it goes. I started my Sager at 99 cents and it sold for $525 even thought the buy now price was $500 but yours should sell higher since it's higher spec and mine had some problems I disclosed in the listing.

I think what happens on eBay is people get all excited over the low initial price and start bidding. Once they get set on wanting the item they keep bidding against each other until someone ends up paying a lot more then they would have if it had been originally listed at that price. Almost as if they get obsessed about buying it. I see this all the time on eBay and have sold many items for a lot more than they are worth.

Worst case scenario is you sell it for less than you wanted but I think it's worth the risk.

You need to have at least some positive feedback to sell a large item like a notebook or people may just avoid you.

Oh yes...A guy I know who was asking $2500 for a Sager NP9262 that was in new condition listed it cheap with a buy now price of $2500 but it ended up selling for $2900 in the final couple minutes of the bid even though I think in that configuration a new one would have cost less. My Sager went up $100 in the last minute.
