Call of Duty World at War NO SOUND
I just bought Call of Duty World at War, my sons play it on XBOX and it got my attention. I went to Circuit City 40% off and brought it home for $30. Installed fine but no sound. Installed the latest 256MB Patch 1.2 version, stil no sound. Searched activision site - tried everything listed - still no sound. I found this searching forums and IT WORKED
And this is how u do it in XP: 1. goto My Computer 2. View System Info 3. Hardware 4. Device Manager 5. select Sound, Video, Game Controllers 6. DISABLE Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio device
