e1705 Benchmark

So I decided to see what she can do, after going with a 7200RPM hard drive and picking up a T7600 for cheap, I got 9468 3DMarks out of her!

Thanks for submitting - the first submission on the new benchmark system. How did you like it? The specs you entered should reflect on the drop down menus across the site now. Thanks for taking your time and formatting them nicely.

if you want to add more benchmarks under this system just edit the above thread

the layout looks professional and concise, colour wise is hard to see on small screen in the specs area - maybe the white on dark beige?

cheers ...

Overalll it was nice. Took me a minute to realize that I needed to submit a thread/topic to actually submit the benchmark. Luckily I didn't close the window just yet.

I like it, plan to add some more sometime later today.

Thanks! Debating over clocking the GPU since lastnight to see just how far I can push it. Doubt I'll leave the clocks if I do, but I just don't want to take the time to.

Hmm, strange.

If you have benchmarks that are already approved, then you go back and add more it'll automatically take you off the "latest benchmark" block it seems.

Yeah, it's designed by settings groupings and to take you the main pages until all the benchmarks in a box have been verified. You can create new groupings/settings changes and add benchmarks though.

There are few benefits to this in terms of optimizations in the backend with this method but I can change it later, I'm just in the middle of some other projects right now. As long as the benchmarks are indexed regularly it shouldn't be much of a problem.
