Update BIOS

Hi,
I have a LG P1 Express Dual J555P with BIOS RKYWSF0B with HD 100GB SATA. Recently I bought a WD 320GB. The system only recognizes 137GB. I have to update my bios.

Does someone could help me with the bios file and the right procedures to this model.

Thanx
MP
