Help With Alienware M17X Disassembly

I recently purchased an M17X off eBay. Since I did not buy it from Alienware direct, I have no access to support.

I am trying to upgrade CPUs. I found a section on Alienware about reseating the CPU fans. It is helpful, but it is missing some instructions about removing some parts of the case... The link I found is here: http://4help.alienware.com/cgi-bin/a...i=&p_topview=1

On steps 6 & 10, when I click those links, it wants me to sign into my Alienware account... :-(

Can someone help me with those directions on how to remove the 2 touch sensitive panels? I would great appreciate it. You can PM me if you do not want to post the directions.

What is wrong for signing in to access the support page? If you don't have an account, I believe that it is of no cost to create a new one.

cheers ...
