Sager Tech Support review

Howdy i am thinking of getting the sager NP5793- http://www.sagernotebook.com/product...tion=customize

i have read reviews of the laptops and i like what i see but i have some concerns with a small company and the Tech support i might receive if i have trouble with my laptop. I know they make great claims of support but i would like to here what you all think of the support they give. Thanks!

Sager is one of the many that backs their products up nicely, material and support. Understand your warranty, and it will be fine.

cheers ...
