Putting an LED backlit moniter in old laptop
Hey guys, I have an old Asus Z63a and the screen is about to go. I was wondering if if the cord for lcds was different panel to panel. I was thinking about buying a replacement LCD for a somewhat newer Asus model that had led backlit LCD and just popping it into my Z63a. I've disassembled my z63a multiple times so thats not really an issue. I'm not really concerned with price practicalities, just want to know if it would be possible. Thanks!
