Unfortunately I think the price + lack of warranty may be shooting you in the foot, I have had similar issue selling mainstream to upper notebooks without a warranty. Had it had some time left I think you would have a better chance. The other option for getting it to sell maybe any extras you can throw in. Especially if its just unused and you are trying to get the best money you can before it gets any older =)

I would love to purchase it myself but I fine my rig in my signature is holding out too well =)

well. I have 2 power adapaters and the bag for it. plus, even just buying the 8800sli is the better part of 1K. so I will wait.

well if you sold it on ebay you can offer third party warranties such as squaretrade i was able to sell lots of expired warranty machines this way as warranty makes up for a good deal on gamer laptops that could have potential failure with the videocard with extensive use.
