Pin Mod 9300 HELP!

Ok I searched already for a looong time for an answer and could't find it.
I had the 1.73 533fsb stock. I got a Dothan 1.6 400mhz cpu and tried to pin mod. I jumped the board on B16 and C16 and when you boot it goes till about 3/4 of the bios loading and it freezes. (this is with the 90w psu) However if I use a 65w psu BIOS finishes but tells me that I am using a 65W psu and that I will have decreased performance. When it boots into windows my speed is at 800mhz. I checked the BIOS while on the 65w psu and it says current clock speed 800mhz, min clock speed 800mhz and maximum clock speed 2.13ghz.

I don't know what else to do now to make it work. Thanks in advanced.

I think you made it, congrats.

Now, get 130W power adapter brick, enable SpeedStep in BIOS, enjoy the mod.
