Looking for a netbook...
As you can see this is my first post on these forums. I signed up here because I need help on choosing a netbook, which I'll be using for school. I looked at a lot of netbooks and most of the specs are the same on each and every one of them, now to my question. I need a netbook that has 2 gigs of ram instead of 1 and that has a decent SSD (64 or 128). Most of the processors are Intel's Atom 1.6, however some have the option of installing the 1.66 processor which I would prefer. Additionally, it would be nice if the netbook would be stylish.
Thanks |

Most netbooks will only come with 1GB of ram and i wouldnt stress yourself over the 1.66ghz Atom CPU the 66mhz difference means absolutely no virtual difference. If your looking for something with a little bit more power you should be looking at CULV based notebooks which are similar in size but vastly more powerful in the same form factors.

It's hard to find netbooks being sold as is with that large of an SSD. What you could do is buy a large SSD drive from a trusted eBay seller and just pop it into which ever netbook you go with but I recommend the Asus 1000HE.
