Do you use live chat on sites?

As of today we have...

1. Changed the design since we launched already. Instead of a 100% we went for a more narrow centered theme. What do you think?

2. Added a live chat button to http://laptopbatteryfuel.com. This lets..
a. The user initiate a chat with us when they need help
b. Us see where the user is shopping
c. Us initiate a chat to the user to help out if they get stuck.

What is your opinion of the changes?
