I just boght something called the VuPoint Film and Digital Slide Converter, FSC1VPBX, I think the manufacturer is Woot. I didn't notice XP listed in the system requirement until I placed the order and it had been shipped,
Although XP-based, MS FS2 Flight Sim works on Vista, and probably will on Win 7, but I don't know about this scanner I just bought which is made by a third party. While W7 Professional supposedly has an XP emulator, I don't know if the emulator will even be available to W7 Premium users. Should I just inform the reseller that his scanner is incompatible with my OS, and cancel the order and/or refuse delivery when it arrives? |
