I have had IPv6 Connectivity Limited on my Wireless Connection for a long time, and I am wondering whether this is really important. I saw a post a while back on NBF, concerning this, but cannot find it.
Seems this IPv6 concerns the LAN. Can I get better connectivity, or does it really matter ?

If you are speaking about your browser supporting IPv6, then I recommend just disabling it for now due to the standard not quite expanded from the net.

Using within a Home Network is a bit different!

If you are using windows XP SP3 or higher (Vista/Win 7) you can always do this.

start --> Run --> type
cmd
at the command prompt type
ipconfig /all

You will see your network adapters listed.
IPV4 will be listed in a format
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
IPV6 will be listed in the format similar to
2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334

Now if you are getting internet connectivity but still getting "IPv6 Connectivity Limited" I would say this is due to one of three things.

1.) You have IPV6 turned on in your computer network settings as an active protocol but your wireless does not support it.

2.) Your wireless does support IPV6 but there is not a routing path properly configured.

3.) You are running software that can not interpret the IPV6 path.

If this error bothers you and would like to stop this tell me what operating system you are running and I will give you step by step instructions on how to disable this.

Lot to read there, when I have time. I think I'm just going to leave everything as is for the timebeing. That connectivity doesn't really bother me particularly, I was just wondering what it was all about, but after reading up a bit on all this, seems a bit too technical for me, so I will leave as is for the moment.
