After months of searching, I got a new replacement battery from e-bay. When I pluged the battery on the laptop a low continuous electrical noise started like something is working... I suppose that will drain my battery. Strange to hear this sound. I also noticed that the sound went off when I connected the laptop on mains. I see that other users even from other models have the same problem. What is working when the laptop is switched off? (Not on hibernate or standby mode of course). Any Ideas? Nothing should be heard once the notebook is being turned off. Have you tried to talk to the seller for possible replacement?
What about external devices, do you have any plugged in whilst the notebook is off? cheers ...
