M17x upgrade to windows 7 ... just upgraded to windows 7 and it seems like my system has gotten slow. are you guys getting the same or your 17x ?

Not really. Upgraded last week. Seems faster to me. Had to reset the graphics back to discrete instead of hybrid. Other than than a few other quirks it is fine.

My was slow, then I downloaded the video drivers from dell.com and defraged and it's running fine right now. BTW I upgraded instead of a fresh install.

just tried fresh install works way better.
