250 GB HD in a D-620?

I have a spare 250 GB SATA HD from my XPS M1530. Will it work in my D-620? The D-620 HD options only went up to 100 GB, so I'm wondering if there's some kind of size limit there?

Thank you!

I got a 250GB Hard Drive in my D820 and it works fine. Your D620 has the same chipset and uses the same CPUs as my laptop. Only difference is size and graphics chip.
