Gold Pro support questions on m6400

Hi all.

I am wondering if this warranty equals to Complete Care in the States or not.
Thanks a lot

So if for instance somebody spills water over the keyboard and the system dies it will be replaced by another one?

Thanks again.
Cheers.

Dell probably would try to fix it first, before deciding on replacement.

cheers ...

Sorry to bother you again .But I am very confused with both things CCare and Gold Support. They seem like to different entities that supplement each other.
If you could shed some light on the matter IŽd appreciate.

Cheers...

Gold Support = North American based technical support

Not sure it = complete care though

Finally I found out.
Complete Care has nothing to do with gold support.
Thanks to all for helping me out.

Have a great weekend.

Cheers.
