Need Help Picking Laptop

Alright, i've been lurking the forums for quite sometime and after reading all the benchmarks and reviews, I got confused as hell.
First off, I'm not a big overclocker guy and it looks like a lot of the benchmark/reviews were made from computers that were overclocked. I've seen that the Alienware 51m-2 seems to perform the least out of the XPS and the Sager 58... something something, but the point is, I'm looking for benchmarks on default settings, stuff right out of the box to show which computer really is the best when it comes to performance (I'm thinking the Sager or XPS)
I've read that the Sager has a flimsy design, often bending and what not, I'm sick of that crap I've had this I8000 (ancient) for 3 years now. AND that it has a bit of a heat problem.
I was hoping if someone could lead me in the right direction for benchmark comparisons of all three systems from its default settings, with the same amount of RAM, same video card, and the same processor speed. It's been a tough decisions between the Sager and the XPS, and even the Alienware.
The only thing seems to tickle my fancy is the Alienwares easy vid card upgrade and I'm also wondering if the Sager has that same feature. I know the XPS does, but I'm not quite sure how difficult it is upgrading the card yourself without causing major damage to the laptop. Any help would be appreciated, this is indeed a difficult decision.

when it comes to sturdiness perhaps the Alienware maybe up your alley since there no using 5700go and Radeon 9700 M chips with they clearly solid design
