List of all SPDIF speakers known to man..

Here is a list of some speakers I know that can be used with your sager. The SPDIF output is one of the reasons why I bought the sager and those who are interested in fully utilizing this feature can buy one of these speakers...

1] Logitech Z680 5.1 450W (I use this and it is awesome!!)
2] Klipsch Promedia 5.1

and I have recently found another link but am still looking to find a store that offers these speakers :-

http://www.jazzspeakers.com/mainpages/index-eng.htm

Anyone with more info on these speakers raise your hands

Please add on to this list of speakers so that newbies and people still looking for the perfect sound system find it easier. I have just listed the 2 (or3) that I am familiar with...

I use a pair of Roland DS-90a Digital reference monitors, they are 24bit and sound great. Although the cost was around $900.00. I beleive they also have a less expensive model. www.rolandus.com

I saw a pair of the Jazz speakers in Australia a while back. I have searched high and low, but there does not appear to be reseller anywhere in the USA.

Arrow Yamaha...

I haven't found too many peeps on any forums I frequent who use Yamaha speakers but I personally have a lot of faith in their quality. I have Yam monitors for my Korg synth and guitar...

here are the links :-

General link : www.yamaha.com

multimedia stuff : http://www.yamahamultimedia.com/yec/index_us.asp

The speaker I am talking about :

If you want sweet sound with a really flat response get some studio monitors. Heaven.

Mackie makes a nice pair as does Genelec. Of course, we are talking hundreds of dollars (~2K). But hey, sound is sound.

Unhappy

I love the design of Altec Lansing ADA-305 (2.1 configuration, but support 4.1 Doby surround sound). I love it the way it doesn't take much space like the 4.1 speaker does, but still support 4.1 sound.
I have this speaker for almost 5 years and haven't found any others compact speaker that sound better than this one.
Anyone know the speaker like Altec Lansing ADA-305 which support SPDIF?
Ohh... by the way, I think Yamaha brand didn't catch much by the people in the state, but it's very famous in Asia.

I have the Philips FR 965 5.1 surround receiver (5 x 60W)
http://www.bargainliquidators.com/products/FR965.jpg

and 2 Optimus PRO x77's with 5 inch subwoofer and great tweeters. (I guess Optimus is now owned by RCA...) They are similar to these
http://www.radioshack.com/images/Pro...40/40-5036.jpg

and a 12 inch Infinity ref in a box tuned to 30htz.... Powerd by a lil 50W sub amp

(BOOM BOOM BOOM!!!)

Overall, this setup sounds GREAT! Aswome highs and super lows that you can feel in you chest!
