600m: "USB Device Not Recognized" When nothing plugged in

Hey all,

I just purchased a Dell 600m Laptop 2 weeks ago and have loved it. Just recently (yesterday) i started getting a message that pops up quite often (every few mins or so) in the Windows Task Bar that says "USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED" and it goes on to say how some USB Device has malfunctioned or isn't working properly.

The thing is, i don't have a damn thing plugged into the USB Ports. This keeps popping up and making a beep noise. It is becoming EXTREMELY annoying. I have searched the web and have found nothing to help.

If anyone knows what the source of the problem can be from please PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!
