Finally !!!
Got my card (found it on the door steps
). Anyway, now the screwdrivers that I had were much bigger than the requirements. But there was just no way I was going to waste some more time trying to get one that'll fit.So, in the process, what I discovered is that don't listen to what Dell says, you just need a sharp knife and you can install the card. Bring on half life 2 ![]() |

For all of you who got the mr9800, was your card's status stay as "In-Production" (With no checks below it) than suddenly became "Shipped"?
Coz mine is staying as "In-Production" (no kitting, build...) since the day i ordered it, it looks like it is gonna get delayed or something... ![]() |

Yeah, that's how it happened for me. In fact, the shipment happened two days before the status got changed.

well let's just hope that when the new ixps2 with the mobile x800 comes out, that they don't stop making the mr9800
but that is a possibility...

Dell promised to send it by 'Next Business day Delivery'. But I check the tracking # and DHL said Dell choosed 'GROUND service'. Contacted Dell and got a $35 coupon for my un fortunate.

They must have sent mine next business day, since mine will be here today, and it shipped 2 days ago (ordered only 2 weeks ago). Looking forward to trying out some new games today. X-mas is early for me!

I am not that much into gaming and happy with the 128 card and maybe I might sell the XPS for a 17" laptop.
