Start a thread if you're writing a review, not asking a question or just making a comment. This is for notebook reviews, and "What do you guys think I should buy?" is NOT a review!

This section was getting crazy with well over half of the threads not even having a review. People come to this section to read the reviews and they shouldn't have to dig through all the other posts. If you want to request a review, request it in the general section that one be posted in the review section.

It's a review of the members' ability, or lack of such ability, to follow simple directions and the rules of the forum to which they agreed when they registered. I never really thought of going to this section for reviews because there was always so much other miscellaneous junk in it, to put it rather bluntly. I think it's good that Adam said something and brought it to people's attention. Also, this thread is a sticky with an announcement by the owner of the whole site that you seem to enjoy so much, so you should probably stop complaining
