Sound synchronization with TV tuner

Has anybody been having any problems with sound synchronization when using the internal TV tuner that comes with the 9860? (AVerMedia, AVerTV WDM TV tuner)
In my case the sound starts to lag behind the image and after a few minutes or so it can be very bad, more than a couple of seconds delay some times. The situation only improves if you change a channel. Any ideas why? Suggestions?

My ATi card does that all the time. Keep me posted if you find a remedy.

Small update.
I have not been able to fix the problem but I noticed that when you are recording video on the hard drive the sound is fine, both on the recorded file but also at the channel you are watching. Weird.....

It turns out that the sound drivers were the problem.
After I installed the ones from Realteks web site it works fine.
