Disassemble XPS

Any tips on disassembling an iXPS? I know I have to remove the screws in the back, but are there certain places I have to lift first? Do I have to remove ALL the screws, or just the ones that are obviously for the back panel. Ex, remove all except the ones on the ram door and fans.

I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but nothing helpful was returned by searching the forums.

The dell website has some very good information on removing and installing various parts on your XPS. Their guide with pictures explains it much better than I could with words:

just remember not to pull anything out... they should all slide out (a stupid dell tech tried lifting the palmrest) the side vents can be removed easliy by placing a thin flathead screwdriver between the space on the side (that's what i do anyways).. other than that its all about removing the screws, just don't mix them up (mainly the two that go underneath the palmrest - again a dell tech screwup)

when putting it back together, make sure the right side of the keyboard bracket goes under a small tab. otherwise the right and center hinge covers won't be flush with one another.
