Question Gaming on Inspiron 1000

I know notebooks arent the best for gaming but I would really like to make my notebook able to play games but I can't do that because of the graphics card. Is there any way to upgrade my graphics card?

Nope, that computer is not able to be upgraded. I pretty much hear that you can't play any games on the 1000, except *old* ones. I'd love for someone to prove me wrong though.

Sorry!

Out of curiosity, what games do you want to play?

well basically I'm just playing old ones and the sims 1. They work pretty well and the sims 2 was ok but I decided to keep TS2 on my desktop. They both ran fairly well except for that blasted graphics card. That is my only problem with it. Dell should allow people to like mail the notebook back and send them a couple hundred dollars to install a new graphics card.

That is all well and good with some models.... but others, like the budget model i1150, are not made with gaming in mind and thus have integrated video solutions. They cannot be upgraded like some other notebooks with removeable AGP/ PCI-E graphics.
