Hi guys I am new to the forum and recently bought a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Notebook Sound Card for my laptop because I wanted something alittle more then my regular integrated sound. I am now seeking a decent pair of headphones for around the 50 doller price range. These will be used to play games and listen to music. I had a suggestion of Zalman 5.1 already but looking for more input for headphones around the 50 doller range. Can anyone help me with some suggestions??

I went with Sennheiser 497 phones with recommendation from that headphone guru on this site. He knows what he's talking about. I think they were under $50 USD on eBay.

Even though they're > $50 (around $100, new) I'd recommend AKG k240's. You can find them cheaper on ebay.. maybe within your price target. They're the most comfortable phones I've tried, and sound excellent.

Q about the Audigy card: Is the line-in on this card mono, or stereo?
