I think that non sequitur corporate cross branding is where it's at. Gotta get a Ferrari with big ol' AMD decals on it to go with that. Then I can take them over to Starbucks and order the Dyson Mocha Latte and swap files for my Creative Nomad "Patek Phillippe" mp3 jukebox.

I think I read somewhere that if the licencing deal with ferrari or Yu-Gi-Oh fell through, that they were going to just put a big R emblem on it.

I like it.

I like the black and red, I like the more ergonomic keyboard. I like the AMD 64 as well as the x700 plus the WSXGA.

All in all I think its very stylish.

Can you post some pics of it?
You just cant get a real perspective until you see it in real homes on real desks.

I posted some pics of my Ferrari on my desk in my review...titled GE's Ferrari 4000 Review.. They're not inline, they're links at the very bottom.

I don't know if acer will do this again but with the old ferrari design, they released a non branded version with the same specs, slightly different colour scheme, can only hope they do that again. But if they didn't i wouldn't hesitate to go for this it looks fantastic.

Good One. Non-Branded Version with the same specs?
Are you talking about the Travelmate 8000 series which the Ferrari 3000 series was based on? Or the Travelmate 8100 series which the Ferrari 4000 is based on?

Sorry but I have to make fun of obvious observations
