I got a Trojan Virus...HELP!!!

Hello, I just downloaded a game from limewire and after it was done downloading I recieved a message from my antivirus(AVAST) that said "You have a trojan virus..." I did what i recomended(throw it in the vault or something) but I never opened the program. I deleted it right away. Is there anything else I should do? Is my computer going to be okay? Thanks.

Your computer will be fine. What you have to worry about are the things your antivirus DOESNT catch.

Run a full scan just to be sure, but looks like Avast did it's job. I wish I could run 2 AV programs though...

pyro_dragun knows a thing or two
Hmm, this is semi-OT, but which one works better? Avast or AVG? I am using AVG right now, and so far it seems to do quite a good job.
