I uninstalled MSAS after it became known that MS was looking to buy Claria/Gator ( a known spyware company); then, it recently was revealed that MS changed its suggested action in MSAS to 'ignore" for Claria/Gator spyware around March 31, '05 (about when MS & Claria reportedly began buyout talks).
