Does Dell not send out coupons for notbooks anymore?

I just received this mystery coupon from dell small business: D01CR?37VZGN2P

It looks like it's 20% off. I won't be using it since it's not good on XPS systems. It says that it's non-tranferable, but I figured it couldn't hurt to try if anyone is interested...
